Robbie Carter - Fitsquad All the Way
I joined Fitsquad at the beginning of 2011. For me it as been a great success as I had few evenings to spare but also I love keeping fit. I only took up running just over a year ago and was lucky enough to finish the Dublin city Marathon 2010 in 3hrs24mins hard work but so worth it. When I first started Fitsquad I quickly realised there were muscles and parts of my body I never had used in my running & each trainer used different muscles and parts of my body which after a few weeks stopped hurting. Having different types of pains when getting fit feels kinda good(weird i know). I feel this year with the Fitsquad training I am more fit than when training for the marathon. I would feel with the Fitsquad sessions my body is more toned and a more overall fitness has been achieved. After the Fitsquad sessions I like to do about a 6k run ,at first my fellow Fitsquad members thought I was mad but now some of them join me. I think with two to three fitsquad sessions a week followed by a couple of runs and a cycle or run at weekend there is no reason anyone cant reach their ideal weight or fitness levels they would like. I would have no problem in recommending Fitsquad to anyone who would like to get fit,or want to feel better about themselves. If you can fit two to three sessions in a week it is very good value.
